Seattle Musical Theatre exists to engage and entertain our community by producing new and traditional musicals; this theater nurtures local talent by providing training and artistic development opportunities for children, youth and adults from all walks of life.
To enrich the entertainment and educational value of live theater in the Northwest region
To provide a premier environment for nurturing artistic and technical talent
To develop our Magnuson Park theater facility as a key cultural resource for civic, arts, and other community organizations

We are looking to fill the following volunteer staff positions:
- Production Associate – assists the production manager
- Box Office Associate – assists with box office duties before and during performances
- Front of House – shifts during performances; Ushers, Will Call, Concessions, and Liquor Server with MAST license
We are also always looking for motivated board members with experience in the arts, especially those with development background.
